Xpresslane is a Universal 1-click checkout that lets you complete the transaction with just 1 click on any website where you find us.

You are directed to Xpresslane confirmation page where you could check your contact and delivery details and move to payment right away.

You stay signed in as long as you are on the same browser and device. If you move to a new browser or device, you would prompted to enter your login details in Xpresslane confirmation page to retrieve your personal information.

By using your login details on Xpresslane website, you can login and view your confirmed orders in “Orders” section. You can also check your orders on your account with the website you ordered from.

You will be able to change the delivery address or payment method in the Xpresslane checkout page. You will also be able to change/add information by logging into your Xpresslane account through https://www.xpresslane.in/user

If you forget the password to your Xpresslane account, you can recreate the same using your email ID linked with Xpresslane account. You receive an OTP on this address to reset the password.

The information of your purchase and delivery will be shared with the website you are transacting on for the fulfilment of your order. Your payment information will be encrypted and saved on our highly secure servers.

  • Personally Identifiable Information like name(s) and contact details which may include e-mail address or contact number(s), password etc.
  • Transactional Information like financial information such as Bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details etc.
  • Other information that may be requested or gathered while you are transacting

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Xpresslane makes it 100% safe to carry out all your online transactions with the assurance of secured information. Your personal data is handled in a professional manner as we work in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All financial information is safely encrypted to guarantee your security in terms of money & user data. We are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

If you suspect your account is subjected to fraudulent activity, please reach out to us. We will take it up on top priority and work through the resolution of the issue.

Merchants

Xpresslane is a Universal 1-click checkout platform, we are not a payment gateway. We work along with your choice of payment gateway. Currently we have partnerships with Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, CCAvenue and Instamojo.

If you are looking at integrating Xpresslane to your website, please contact us at support@xpresslane.in. We will arrange a demo for you and help you setup Xpresslane on your website.

We require your registered business information for entering into contract with Xpresslane. Apart from this, you would be registered with your choice of payment gateway as our sub-merchant. This requires basic KYC process.

Xpresslane checkout can be added to your website either in the shopping cart or directly the product page to quickly route the user to complete the transaction.

User will be redirected to Xpresslane checkout page. If the user is visiting for the first time on Xpresslane, he/she will be asked to sign up with Xpresslane before proceeding to fill the delivery details and payment. If the user has already an account with Xpresslane, his/her information will be prefilled as per his previous order through Xpresslane.

The user will be able to change the delivery address or payment method in the Xpresslane checkout page. The user will also be able to change/add information by logging into their Xpresslane account through https://www.xpresslane.in/user

All transaction related activity will be handled by your payment gateway. Your payments will be sent to you by the Payment Gateway in T+2 days. You can track the information on refunds on merchant dashboard of your payment gateway.

You can view the orders placed through Xpresslane on your Xpresslane merchant dashboard.

You can login to your dashboard on https://www.xpresslane.in/merchant. Once you are signed up with Xpresslane, you will receive login credentials for the dashboard.

You will also be able to see Active PGs, API keys and documentation, Download reports and manage your account settings

We do not handle promo codes at this point. We will update as we launch new features.

We need you to share the shipping options to be shared with the user. We will display the same in Xpresslane checkout page.

Conversions increase over time by using Xpresslane checkout. It would not reflect in your platform metrics, but soon you will be able to track on Xpresslane dashboard.

We have plugins for Shopify, Woocommerce and Magento. We have integration kits for PHP, Python, C#, Java, Golang. If your platform is different from these, soon we will have plugins for other popular ecommerce platforms.
